Are AI licenses included?
No. You buy licenses directly from Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, or Google, so you own the account and the billing. We help you choose the right plan and number of seats so you do not overbuy. If you run Google Workspace, Gemini may already be included in your plan.
What if we already bought a platform?
Good. We start from what you have. Most of the work is setup, policy, and adoption, and that applies no matter which tool you picked.
What if we have more than 25 people?
We quote larger teams after a free call. Pricing scales with the number of users and training sessions, not with vague hours.
Do you work outside the Des Moines area?
Yes. We work on-site across Iowa, and the whole launch can also run remotely.
What happens after the 30 days?
Nothing is required. Many teams are set. Others add monthly adoption support, a 3LM Opportunity Mapping engagement, or a custom AI build.
